蔓越莓果乾 1杯
奶油 1/2杯
黑糖 1/2杯
蛋 1個
中筋麵粉 1杯
小蘇打粉 1/2 茶匙
切碎的核桃 1/2杯
- 先將奶油融化,依序加入黑糖、過篩的麵粉、蛋、小蘇打粉後,攪拌均勻。
- 加入蔓越莓果乾及核桃,混合均勻後,分小塊。
- 烤箱預熱180度
- 將烤盤鋪上錫箔紙,塗奶油,將分塊的麵團放上去,輕壓成型,記得預留膨脹空間。
- 烤10-12分鐘
- 大功告成!
