[生活德文][食譜] Confectionery/ Quarkstollen Konfect

• Diese Packung enhält:
• 190g Backmischung (Für etwa 20 Stück)
•   50g Trockenfruchtmischung
•     7g 1 Beutel Backblaten (22 Stück ϕ 55mm)
• Sie fügen noch hinzu:
• 150g Speisequark (Magerstufe)
•   80g Butter
•     1   Ei (Größe M)
•          Puderzucker
• Sie benötigen: Backblech, Backpapier
1. Teig bereiten
   Backofen vorheizen (Ober-/ Unterhitze: etwa 180 °C, Heißluft: etwa 160 °C, Gas: Stufe 2-3)
   Zuerst belegen Sie ein Backblech mit Backpapier.
   Danach die Backmischung und die Trockenfruchtmischung in eine Rührschüssel geben. 150g Quark, 50g weiche Butter und 1 Ei hinzugeben.
   Mit einem Handrührgerät (Knethaken) auf niedrigster Stufe zu einem glatten Teig verabeiten.
2. Quarkstollen Konfekt formen
Die Backoblaten auf dem Backblech verteilen. Den Teig mithilfe von 2 Teelöffeln in gleichmäßigen. Häufchen auf die Oblaten setzen. Tipp: Der Küchle Plätzchen-Portionierer (siehe unten)
3. Backen
   Das Backblech auf dem mittleren Schiene in den Backofen (vorgeheizt) schieben und backen. Herdeinstellung und Backzeit: siehe unten. Das Quarkstollen Konfekt heraunehmen, mit 30g geschmolzener Butter bestreichen, auskühlen lassen und mit Puderzucker bestäuben.

So kann das Quarkstollen Konfekt noch verfeinert werden: Nach dem Backen mit 30g geschmolzener Butter bestreichen, in Zimtzucker wälzen und dann mit Punderzucker bestäuben.
• Tipp:
  Der Küchle Plätchen-Portionierer:
  Mit dem Plätzchen- Portionierer (noch in der Packung enthalten!) macht das Backen noch mehr spaß:
  Schnell, einfach und immer in der gleichen Qualität!

Backofen vorheizen:
Ober-/ Unterhitze: etwa 180 °C
Heißluft: etwa 160 °C
Gas: Stufe 2-3
Backzeit: etwa 30 Minuten.

時事更新：看足球想要知道德國加油怎麼說請點Los Deutschland!

明天Seminar臨時調了時間，跟學校的德語課衝堂，
(雖然不是我= =||| 期中已經報過了，但是要出席聽別人報告就是)
所以只好跟德語課老師告假，老師說沒關係，然後對我說了 Viel Erfolg!
回家的路上下車看到廣告看板上一則關於在歐洲念書的廣告，
上頭也大大的寫著 Viel Erfolg!
所以，究竟這句話的意思是???

直翻的話，就是Many success!
根據dict.cc:
Viel Erfolg! = I wish you success! 或是 May you do well!
因為英文或是德文都沒有可以直譯成國語"加油"的單字或是句子

在這裡這樣的用法比Good luck更適用! :)

舉例來說，預祝朋友第一天工作順利可以說：
Viel Erfolg beim ersten Arbeitstag. (+ in _Stadt_)
祝你（在___）上工順利～～～

另外在德國台灣同學會查到一些其他的用法，自己加上跟英文之間的比較:

• Weiter so! 加油，繼續下去(表現一直都很好，繼續保持下去)
  對我來說這跟英文keep going的感覺比較像，Weiter有種further more的意思，有時候也可以翻作中文"下一步"的意思，像是線上購物、問卷，下一步的按鍵上寫的都是"Weiter"
  
• Viel Glück! 加油，祝你幸運
  Good luck!
  
• Toi! Toi! Toi! 或 Teu! Teu! Teu! 加油！(去考試時用的)
  莫名地想要把它翻成 衝!衝!衝!
  
• Strengt euch an! 你們要加油/努力 (考試沒考好時用的)
• anstrengen
  英文比較接近的是endeavour/ to strain oneself/ make an effort
  也就是殫力(殫精竭力) / 努力的意思
• euch在這邊可以翻作you guys
• 所以加起來就是你們大夥兒要努力!
  
• Halte durch! 加油！堅持最後一步！(已到最後一步的衝刺)
  英文比較接近 Hang in there!
• Halte  Stops像是公車站 (Haltestelle，Stelle這邊是place/point的意思) 的"站"
• durch 有across/through
• 延伸解釋: 跨過你的終點/目標，所以用在快要成功，最後衝刺的時候!
  
• Auf geht's! 加油！(第一次嘗試時)
• Here we go! /  Let's go!
• Let's get on with it! 

另外，我有聽過一個用法: Gib Gas
其實就是直譯加油的意思(Give gas)，實際問過德國同學，
好像只有在某些情形可用，不是界定的很清楚，先收著吧~ XD

How to file your Elektronischer Aufenthaltstitel (eAT) in Cologne?
如何申請德國新版電子居留證？ (科隆申辦經驗）

Register with the Foreigners' Office and apply for a resident permit

• Passport/National ID card & photocopies of all printed pages
• 1 current biometric passport photos!!!!
• Cologne address(including room number, if in dorm)
• Your lease/rental contract & photocopy
• Confirmation of registration residence & its photocopy
• University of Cologne (provisional or final) student ID & photocopy
• University of Cologne letter of acceptance from ZIB-Wiso
• Proof that you can support yourself financially*(same as for your VISA application) & photocopy
• Document showing current Euro equivalent of bank balance etc. for proof of financial support, e.g. from your bank

Fee: 100 in cash
(this can be waived for students who have German state scholarships[not Erasmus]; bring proof)

[交換雜記] What can you do with your Cologne student ID?

科隆大學的學生證可以搭車的範圍非常的廣（相對於其他同學交換學校的範圍），不過「臨時學生證」和「正式學生證」的狀況有些差別，大家要注意一下，不然如果被查票罰錢就有點得不償失......
以下是關於學生證搭車的使用範圍及相關內容，當然，由當局保留最終解釋權，我只是把拿到的文件建檔而已，詳細規範可以請教學校或是車站訊息櫃檯。

Travel tickets details - for traveling with your ......

• Provisional Student ID 臨時學生證
• Your provisional student ID is only valid with photo ID, e.g. your passport or national ID card.
• Until you receive your final student ID, your provisional ID allows you to travel only within the VRS region.
• The semester ticket (included in your provisional ID) allows you to use buses, trams, urban rail (S-Bahn) and regional trains (RE, RB) within the VRS region. (from Oct 1st/from April 1st)
• You can buy add-on tickets ("Anschlusstickets") from the last stop within the region at the main station(Hauptbahahof/Hbf).
• You can take one bicycle with you for free if there is space.
• You can take guest on your ticket on weekends and public holidays and on weekdays after 7 pm for free.
• Please note that you cannot travel as far as Düsseldorf and Koblenz with your provisional student ID as they are not within the VRS region.

• Final(Formal) Student ID 正式學生證
• It allows you to travel only within the NRW region.
• As the provisional one, you can use buses, trams, urban rail (S-Bahn) and regional trains (RE, RB) within the NRW region. (from Oct 1st/from April 1st)

[生活德文][美容] 面膜 Peel-Off Maske

Reinigung

• Wirkung und pflege
  Rival de Loop Peel-Off Maske reinigt Ihre Haut porentief und bereitet sie damit optimal auf die anschließende Pflege vor. Aloe spendet Feuchtigkeit und Kamillenextrakt beruhigt Ihre Haut.
  Beim Abziehen der Maske werden Hauppartikel, Make-up-Reste sowie Talgablagerungen gründlich entfernt, Hautirritationen wird vorgebeugt. Ihre Haut wird rein und klar.
  
• Anwendung
  Nach der Reingung großzügig und gleichmäßig (ca. 2mm dick) auf das Gesicht auftragen Augen- und Mundpartie aussparen.
  15 Minuten trocknen lassen. Maske langsam zur Mitte hin abziehen. Eventuelle Reste mit lauwarmem Wasser abwaschen. Bei Bedarf 1-2 mal wöchentlich anwenden.
  Wir empfehlen Ihnen anschließend die Revolution Tages- oder Nachtcreme zu verwenden.
  
• Für 2 Anwendungen: 2x8 ml

Cleaning

• Effect and care
  Rival de Loop Peel-Off Mask cleanses your skin pores and prepares it optimally for subsequent care. Aloe and chamomile extract soothes moisturizes your skin.
  When removing the dead skin mask, make-up residue and sebum are thoroughly removed, skin irritations are prevented.
  Your skin becomes clean and clear.

• Application
  After the Dry Cleaner. Apply to the face generously and evenly (about 2mm thick), avoiding eyes and mouth. Dry for 15minutes. Remove mask slowly toward the middle. Wash off any residue with warm water. If necessary, apply 1-2 times weekly.
  We recommend you to use then the revolution of day or night cream.
