Online Radio Collection 線上音樂廣播

廣播一直是個可以讓我接觸新音樂類型的管道，比起隨機播放自己清單裡的音樂，有時候收聽廣播更能有些意外的驚喜！
喜歡聽外文歌但有時候聽到一些西文、法文等等的歌，也沒辦法像英文歌一樣背一段歌詞來找原曲，總是有點遺憾......
線上音樂廣播剛好就解決了這個問題～
一來我已經沒有實體的收音機，二來線上廣播的訊息總是歌手/歌名一應俱全，有時甚至可以直接點擊購買，真的是相當方便。

[Mac] 免手寫板也可以替PDF加上手寫簽名的方法

原來有camera的mac Pro跟Air都可以這樣方便地加入簽名檔，當然要迫不及待地來試一下啦～～～

只要找張空白紙（重點是要乾淨，是不是白色感覺還好），簽上想要用的簽名，打開mac內建的「預覽程式」
選取工具-->註解-->簽名檔 去新增就可以了

[筆記] 韓國Mobile Medical App Safety Guidance

這個審查指引中文跟英文都有好幾個寫法，這是我自己的英文翻譯：

在新竹生物醫學園區的網頁則是使用「醫療行動裝置應用程式(Medical Mobile App)審查指引」這個名稱，本文如下：
韓國MFDS已於2013/12/26發布「醫療行動裝置應用程式(Medical Mobile App)審查指引」，未來與健康照護相關的行動裝置應用程式在韓國會被歸類於醫療器材管理，並須符合韓國當地的醫療器材法規。
註: 美國FDA甫於2013/9/25發布「Mobile Medical Applications-Guidance for Industry and Food and Drug Administration Staff」此份關於醫療行動裝置應用程式的審查指引，韓國在國際法規調和與進展方面十分迅速。

默克藥廠(Merck)決定以410億美元併購先靈葆雅(Schering-Plough)，目前先靈葆雅的強項為生物產品，共有18種藥物正再進行第三期臨床試驗，將可協助默克藥廠順利搶攻生技產品市場。

[Glossary] Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI)

ABI(Ankle-Brachial Index)
中文名稱：腳踝-手臂指數

分別測量手臂及下肢之血壓,再以下肢 的收縮壓除以上肢的收縮壓,所得之數 值既為ABI
可簡略測知是否有血管阻塞之問題。 數值越小表阻塞的程度越厲害。

[轉載] 注意你的郵務送達通知書

什麼是支付命令&寄存送達：

在適用「寄存送達」的情況下，即便您沒有去領取法院文件。依照民事訴訟法第138條第2項規定，自從黏貼粉紅色「郵務送達通知書」之隔日（如照片中的104年3月17日之隔日，即104年3月18日，見最高法院94年第1次庭長法官會議決議）起，經過十日（即104年3月27日）發生「合法送達」的效力，並從隔日（104年3月28日）開始起算「訴訟文書」涉及的「法定不變期間」（如支付命令的異議，依民事訴訟法第516條第1項規定，為送達生效隔日起算20日）。

換言之，如果法院寄給你的是支付命令的情況（可能是真的銀行、和你有糾紛的債權人、濫用法律漏洞的詐騙集團，向法院聲請核發的支付命令），即使你完全不理會這張「粉紅色通知書」，不管你的理由是看不懂字、以為詐騙集團、懶得去領、想說再等郵差、認為自己是好人又沒做壞事，法院的「支付命令」經過了10+20天（以照片的例子，你必須在104年4月16日為最後一天，向法院提出異議），就會對你發生「確定效力」，讓你在法律上多出一條必須償還的債務。

但仔細看這張「粉紅色通知書」，其實裡面的字體非常小，又沒有任何「警語」，實在無法適時提醒民眾「訴訟文書對自身權益影響」的嚴重性。再加上這張通知書僅是用黏貼方式，難免因外力因素介入而佚失，導致當事人根本沒看到這張通知書。

尤其，司法院大法官釋字第667號解釋「寄存送達」作法，並沒有違反、侵害憲法對人民「訴訟權」的保障。因此，如果民事訴訟法第509條仍無法修法，將上述「寄存送達」的作法排除掉，讓支付命令回到僅僅能用「必須經有權人實際簽收」的作法，才能發生送達的效力；那麽，現行送達實務上使用的「粉紅色通知書」，實在有進一步加註「粗黑放大警語」的必要。

[牙齒矯正] 活動式維持器 Retainer

注意事項：
  1. 剛戴維持器時，如果有牙齦磨破、疼痛等不舒服，請趕快回診調整，不可以藉口不戴。
  2. 除了吃飯及刷牙以外，請全天戴維持器，包括睡覺時間；或遵循醫師特別的指示。
  3. 吃完東西後，要立即清潔牙齒，再戴上維持器。
  4. 維持器的清潔：
    1. 用牙刷刷維持器的內側和外側面。
    2. 每天早晚刷牙時用清潔劑刷洗維持器，包括鋼線的部份，並以大量清水沖洗。
    3. 請勿以熱水浸泡，以免變形。
  5. 清潔完畢，立即戴回口中。
  6. 不論拿上或戴上，請溫柔的對待你的維持器。務必戴入正確的位置才能咬合。太粗魯會造成維持器的損壞，那表示你又要再多花錢了。
  7. 避免用舌頭上下玩弄維持器，易造成維持器之斷裂或變形。
  8. 新的維持器可能有塑膠味，但在幾天內就會消失。
  9. 剛戴維持器會有講話不清楚、口水變多、吞嚥不易的現象，幾天內就會適應。不妨多練習對自己說話，就可客服了。
  10. 對維持器而言，最安全的地方就是口中。不要放在口袋或是書包裡，因為會造成變形或斷裂。更不要包在衛生紙中，否則在垃圾桶中找維持器的滋味並不好受！如果你一定要從口中拿出，請放在特製裝維持器的盒中。（一般矯正醫療院所都有販賣）
  11. 維持器是用來維持做完矯正的牙齒，使他固定在位置上，如果不照醫生指示，牙齒就會移位跟變形喔！那就得重新付費治療了。
  12. 如果維持器損壞或遺失，重做須另外繳費。每次回診，一定要帶著維持器一起來檢查。

[德文筆記] 4招搞定德文句構順序 4 Quick Tips for Learning German Word Order

對你來說學德文最難的部份是什麼呢？對英文母語者來說，大概就數句子中的單字順序了。

德文的句構組成，當你直接把德文逐字翻譯成英文的時候，結果看起來就會像是某種奇怪的難解謎題一般，需要好好重新整理。

這僅是德語學習者需要跨越的眾多障礙其中之一，希望這篇文章可以幫助你馴服德文語序。

4招搞定德文語序

1.弄清楚哪些連接詞會改變語序，哪些不會 Learn which conjunctions change word order in German and which don’t

不同類型的連接詞對於句子的影響也不同。正常的語序，通常是主詞-動詞-受詞（Subject Verb Object.）
Ich werfe den Ball.
對等連接詞（Coordinating conjunctions）對句構順序沒有影響，像是und, denn, sondern, aber, 還有oder（英文粗略對照 and, since, but rather, but/however還有 or）

Ich renne vorwärts und ich werfe den Ball.
Ich kann den Ball nicht gut treten, aber ich werfe den Ball ziemlich gut.
Entweder sagst du mir die Wahrheit, oder ich werfe dir den Ball ins Gesicht!
Ich bin stark, denn ich werfe jeden Tag im Basketball-Training den Ball.
從屬連接詞，又名附屬連接詞（Subordinating conjunctions）就比較複雜一點，他們會把子句（clause）裡的第一個動詞踢到子句最後面去，常見的從屬連接詞有：während, bis, als, wenn, da, weil, ob, obwohl, and dass（英文粗略對照while/during, until, as, when/if, there, because, if, though, 跟 that.）

Ich kann ihn nicht leiden, weil er so ein egoistischer Idiot ist.一般來說，文字順序是這樣的：
Er ist so ein egoistischer Idiot.

但當你使用從屬連接詞的時候，動詞就必須要移動到子句最後面：
Ich habe auch schon immer gedacht, dass er ein egoistischer Idiot ist.
Obwohl er ein egoistischer Idiot ist, sollten wir nett zu ihm sein.
在馬克吐溫著名的文章the Awful German Language（恐怖的德國語言） 他提供了一個很好的例子，這規則可能會讓句子變得多麼可笑：
“But when he, upon the street, the (in-satin-and-silk-covered-now-very-unconstrained-after-the-newest-fashioned-dressed) government counselor’s wife met,”
Wenn er aber auf der Strasse der in Samt und Seide gehüllten jetzt sehr ungenirt nach der neusten Mode gekleideten Resräthin begegnet.
記住，就算這看起來很機車難，德文就是這樣！請撐下去。


2.搞懂什麼時候要把動詞放到最後Learn when to hold the verbs until the end

在德文中，有許多情況動詞必須要放在句子的最後，這也是為什麼德文被認為是一個奇怪而且艱澀的語言。
助動詞 Modal Verbs
在德文當中，不定式動詞（Infinitive of the verb原型）非常容易辨認，德語中幾乎所有的動詞都是-en結尾（當中有幾個特例，像是sammeln-->收集(to collect)，還有segeln-->航行(to sail)
Laufen, gehen, sagen, singen, lieben, führen, usw. (und so weiter…)
助動詞是相當常見的動詞類型，在德文中你到處都可以看到他們的蹤跡。
müssen, können, sollen, möchten
當你使用助動詞，句中的第二個動詞就一定使用原型，並且位在句子的最後。

一開始你一定會覺得很奇怪，就試著把它挑起來，移過去放到它該去的位子吧。
Müssen wir ihm mit seinem blöden Umzug nochmal helfen?
錯誤: Müssen wir helfen mit seinem blöden Umzug?
關係子句 Relative Clauses
德文當中的所有關係子句(Nebensatz)，動詞都放最後面。
Kommt auch der Idiot, der mich so nervt, zur Party?
Kommt Magdalena, die letztes Wochenende so witzig war, auch ins Kino?

如果關係子句中有兩個動詞，那就是移動第一個動詞，像是“habe…. geschlafen”的habe或是"ist… gegangen"中的ist，還有“muss… lernen”的muss。另外一個動詞就留在原本的位置
（過去分詞past participle才是正確的說法但我想你應該不介意）
Das Geschenk, das ich meinem Vater gekauft habe, ist nicht mehr in meinem Auto!
Ich möchte nur Mitarbeiter in meinem Café haben, die richtig gut Latte Art machen können.

3. 什麼時候德文會需要When in German invert you the sentence?

These Yoda-esque inversions are another reason why Germans who are bad at English might say things like “Today can we going to the store?” Any time a temporal adverb or prepositional phrase comes at the beginning of the sentence, the verb has to come in the second position.

Morgen gehen wir feiern.
1914 fing der Erste Weltkrieg an.
但如果你把副詞放在其他位子，文法上仍然是正確的：

Wir gehen morgen feiern.

但不要弄混了，你甚至可以把為了強調受詞object，而把受詞移到句子的最前面。
But don’t mess this up! You can even put the object at the beginning of the sentence and invert it to add emphasis on the object.

Seine Umzüge habe ich niemals gemocht – Er hat einfach zu viele Möbel!

發現了嗎？ 句中的habe 在 ich 之前

Here are some examples of prepositional phrases at the beginning of the sentence that put the verb at the end:

Gestern hat sie mir etwas unglaublicheerzählt.
Gegenüber von mir sitzen zwei andere Deutsche.

4. 德文的副詞放哪裡 Putting adverbs in the right word order in German

基本的德文句構順序是：主詞-動詞-非直接受詞(Dativ)-直接受詞
Subject, Verb, Indirect Object (dative), Direct Object

Ich warf ihm den Ball.
Sie gab mir ein Geschenk.

Finally, when you’re putting together a long string of information in a sentence, all of the information should come in in the order Time Manner Place (TMP). That means that adverbs describing when something happened should come first, followed by how adverbs, and finally where adverbs.

Try looking at long German sentences that you find in newspapers or on German videos on FluentU so that you can get some real-life examples of how to use adverbs correctly.

Ich ging gestern gelangweilt in die Uni.
Toby kam heute morgen ins Büro gelaufenund sagte, dass Tanja heute Kuchen mitgebracht hat. Ich musste mich beeilen,weil ich noch etwas davon kriegen wollte!

Here, the modal verb wollte is booted to the end of the sentence because weil is that kind of conjunction. Dass does the same thing, moving hat to after mitgebracht.
  • Time: heute Morgen
  • Manner – laufend
  • Place- in das Büro (note that here it’s in das Büro and not im Büro because Toby ran in, so it’s a verb with movement and that means that in takes the accusative case)

[旅遊] 科隆小火車 Köln: Die Kleinbahn | WDR

Die 2000 aufregendsten Orte Kölns: Die Kleinbahn | WDR

在科隆那麼久我都沒有注意到原來在Kölner Rheinpark---科隆萊茵公園還有這麼迷你的小火車在運行，雖然記者一直追問說這車會不會經過重要景點.....不會、那看得到科隆大教堂嘛？.......可以，但是在萊茵河對面，最後記者自言自語問說車到底能不能開快點......
顯然是不行XD
他受不了就在某一站跳車逃跑了 lol

如果家裡有小孩子喜歡看火車頭，或是哪天天氣很好想要閒晃，感覺去試試看應該不錯，至於要看大教堂的人們，還是花差不多的錢，做電梯上Köln Triangle比較實在，天氣好不只可以看/拍到美美的Dom，最遠還可以看到另一頭的Bonn呢～

根據網站說明，小火車除了在科隆營運外，在Berlin, Dresden, Essen, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, Witten也有的樣子。

[德文筆記] 像德國人一樣點餐 Order like a German

德文練習久了就會發現，雖然相對英文來說，德文感覺上是相當嚴謹的語言，但在平日生活當中也存在很多Umgangssprache，也就是口語化的用法。
最近剛好找到一篇文章很詳盡的示範了

另外挑了幾個我覺得最常見到的口語用法來說說：
N'Abend 晚安
- gleich wie "Guten Abend", aber noch kürzer (Umgangssprache)
在一些德語漫畫上常常縮寫成這樣，口語上也常聽到

Karte 菜單
- Speisekarte (Umgangssprache)
華語人士喜歡用menu但是在德國Menü(注意是umlaut)有套餐的意思，通常不當做菜單使用，要不使用Speisekarte，想要簡短的說也是用Karte

Tagesangebot 當日特餐
- an jedem Tag gibt es manchmal in einem Restaurant ein besonderes Angebot, es ist dann vielleicht auch günstiger.
Augebot有英文offer的意思，加上Tag就是英文Today’s special---本日特餐的概念，如果難以決定要吃什麼，飲食上又沒什麼限制的話（吃素？過敏？），不妨試試Tagesangebot，說不定會發掘新的好菜色，而且通常比較便宜～～～

營養成分：
洋蔥所含的營養素有水份、膳食纖維、粗纖維、維生素A、維生素C、鉀、鈣、鐵等。

(1)黃洋蔥：
此品種在市面上最常見，肉質細嫩，烹煮後有著豐富且強烈的甜味，適合熟炒或烹煮為各式湯品。
(2)白洋蔥：
水份和甜度皆高，長時間烹煮後有黃金般的色澤及豐富甜味，適合烘烤或燉煮。
(3)紫洋蔥：
味道香甜，脆感佳，辛味較明顯，適合做生菜沙拉、醃漬，都很爽口，與肉類也很搭配。

[Tools] 製作Facebook手機版App專用QR Code

因為之前要幫老師作一個QR Code圖，結果上網找了許多教學文的連結都已經年久失修，加上FB不斷改版，有些圖解已經不大一樣，研究一番之後，決定自己稍微重新整理一下。

手機FB專用的QR Code基本上步驟和一般QR Code製作沒有太大差別，最麻煩的其實在於怎麼找出自己的數字ID，才可以配合指令使用，有的人在設定過FB短網址之後，個人頁面就只會看到設定後的英文短網址，數字ID就不會出現，所以數字ID要怎麼找呢？

查詢數字ID

方法1:五秒鐘懶人法

有人寫了code，你就只要把網址丟進去，點Look up numeric ID （查詢數字版ID），你的ID就會跳出來了

方法2:

點你自己的任何照片，然後看網址的部分會有fbid=__________，id=後面的數字就是你的ID

如上，以剛剛使用的1234567890為例，如果連到個人頁面的話，用來產生QR Code的連結就是fb://profile/1234567890

⌘注意：

社團如果設成不公開，又掃描的人沒有被加入社團，可能會有找不到的問題發生，這就不是QR Code的問題了

最後就把這串連結貼進支援fb://開頭的產生器就可以了，我使用的是Calm9，但理論上沒有鎖http://開頭的產生器都是可以用的，只是Calm9的QR Code種類很齊全，大小、圖檔類型也都可以調整。

[筆記] 用英文學德文 Learning German with English

因為語系相近的緣故，相對於使用中文學德文，若有相當的英文基礎，其實使用英文來學習德文會更加的事半功倍。尤其是在文法上，因為文法較為相似，使用互相比較的方法，比較好記憶跟運用，雖然德文的Case（格）比英文多，不是所有的英文都可以對上，但還是比用中文學習要來得簡單。

在使用的字母上，德文字母多了Ä, Ö, Ü, ß，在無法打出德文字母的情況下（像是網址），可用AE, OE, UE, ss代表。（德文輸入可以參考這篇[德文筆記] 德文字母怎麼打？）

拼字(英-->德)：
c-->k

發音(英-->德)：
h--> ch
sh-->sch
tion也是常見字尾，但是念法不同

最近在線上找尋相關的資料時，發現有部落格提到了一本書，書名為「由英文學德文」，是一本翻譯著作，但使用原文（德文）的書名無法找到原書，至於中文版的書籍也是1980年發行，年代相當久遠，大家有興趣可以去北市圖借來翻翻。

[Mac新手筆記] Mac快捷鍵（熱鍵）

因為使用了羅技鍵盤K360r搭配Mac Mini 所以又再度出現了兩種系統磨合期的問題......
雖然大部分情況是把蘋果鍵⌘換成窗戶winlogo.png就可以了，像是簡單的剪下、複製、貼上，但有時候一些熱鍵組合還是會改變......

像是刪除在mac的鍵盤是command+del，但是到了Windows鍵盤del就變成了使用Backspace，也就是window key+backspace

除此之外還有哪些需要對照呢？
Apple 官網的Support很貼心的幫大家整理了一些資料，包括Windows公布的對照表，

As a heavy user of computer/internet, hot keys play important roles in my daily life.  However, switching from Windows to Mac is not that easy.  I had a hard time when I first got my Mac Book Air.  And now it's even trickier when it's a Mac mini + Windows keyboards (Logitech K360r).  The key board is cheaper than Apply's but still close to the touch of my Mac book air's keyboard.  But the setting is not quite the same.  Thus I will need a chart to adapt my keyboards with new system.

[德文筆記] Ding和Sache有什麼不一樣？

文章中提到，大部份時間Ding和Sache是一樣的，但是在某些情況，兩者就不可以互換，例子如下：
  • DING
    • Was ist denn das für ein Ding? = Was ist denn das für ein Gegenstand?
    • Die Dinger taugen nichts, die haben nur drei Tage gehalten. = Diese Gegenstände haben keine gute Qualität.
    • Das ist ja ein Ding! = Ich bin total überrascht!

Gene Quinn is a Patent Attorney and the founder of IPWatchdog.com, the widely popular intellectual property website. Gene’s particular specialty as a patent attorney is in the area of strategic patent consulting, patent application drafting and patent prosecution. He primarily works with start-up businesses throughout the United States and around the world. As an electrical engineer with a computer engineering focus he finds himself frequently assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses with software, computer implemented methods, business methods and Internet innovations. He also periodically works with inventors and businesses who have mechanical and electrical innovations. Between 2003 and 2007, Gene wrote a monthly column for Patent World and served on the Patent World editorial board. He has also previously taught a variety of intellectual property courses at the law school level, including patent law, patent claim drafting, patent prosecution, copyright law, trademark law and introduction to intellectual property. Between 1998 and 2008 Gene taught at Syracuse University College of Law, Temple
University School of Law, The University of Toledo College of Law, Franklin Pierce Law Center and Whittier Law School. Since 2010 he has been an Adjunct Professor at John Marshall Law School where he teaches a course on Patent Rules and Practice. Gene is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, is a Registered Patent Attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent Office and is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Scott Burt

Senior Vice President and Chief Intellectual Officer Conversant
Scott leads Conversant’s legal professionals, including the corporate counsel and secretary functions, ligation, and patent prosecution. He also heads the Company’s public policy initiatives, and in 2013 spearheaded the development of its Patent Licensing Principles document. He actively participates in patent licensing negotiations and patent acquisitions. Scott joined Conversant in 2012 and was named to his current role in 2014.

Scott is a 21-year veteran of Jones Day, one of the top IP firms in the United States and globally. At Jones Day, he led a diverse IP and technology practice focused on complex litigation, IP counseling, and IP transactions.  In the patent enforcement and litigation area, Scott’s practice emphasized patent analysis, global litigation and dispute resolution for clients in electronics, software, communications and other industries.

Scott holds a Juris Doctor, Order of St. Ives, from the University of Denver, and a BA in Mathematics with Computer Science from the University of Colorado.  He is a member of Illinois, Texas and Colorado bars, is widely published in professional journals and is a frequent speaker at legal and other conferences.  Scott belongs to the American Intellectual Property Law Association, Licensing Executives Society, and the Intellectual Property Owners Association, and was honored as an Illinois Super Lawyer – Intellectual Property Litigation, in 2005 and 2006.

Phil Hartstein

President and CEO of Finjan Holdings Inc.
Phil Hartstein is President and CEO of Finjan Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: FNJN).  He oversees the direction and management of current assets and future investments while coordinating with the executive management team and Board to execute on the Company’s vision.

Mr. Hartstein has worked in a number of technology and intellectual property related roles for over a decade.  He started with a boutique IP law firm, worked as an in-house portfolio manager for a VC funded startup, spent time in IP consulting and IP brokerage firms, and prior to joining Finjan, spent four years bringing both private and public market capital, expertise, and credibility in licensing and enforcing patent rights on behalf of owners.

Mr. Hartstein holds a BS in industrial technology from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo.  He is a regular speaker on IP and policy related issues, participant in industry and trade organizations, and is a named inventor and patent holder with more than two dozen pending and issued patents across a number of disciplines.

Demand letter vs. Notice letter
Demand letter通常只是想要要錢(financial demand), they are badly copied, and usually lacking of further information of the patent which they claimed you infringe.
while Notice letter其實是不大一樣的，當一般的IP擁有者在主張自己的權力時，信件中會更為軟性的提出建議、討論，遠先於提出金錢要求

instead of giving hundreds of claims, presenting a few related ones are more likely to be moderate.
The point is initiate a dialogue to discuss if there's any misunderstanding but not demanding money.

德國大學生活必備單字：Mensa

Mensa指的就是大學裡面的（學生）餐廳，一個可以讓大家用銅板價（當然是歐元）就可以享用食物的地方。這些用餐的場所是由Studentenwerken（大學生服務中心）管理營運，食物的選擇多寡通常取決於大學的大小，小型的私立大學通常就沒有設置這樣的學生餐廳。

Mensa

Mensa heißt die Kantine der Universität, wo Studierende für wenig Geld mit Essen versorgt werden. Die Mensen werden von den Studentenwerken betrieben. Die Auswahl der Speisen richtet sich nach der Größe der Universität. Kleine private Universitäten haben oft keine eigene Mensa.

為因應我國將來與美國簽定跨太平洋夥伴協定(TPP)之需求，而由國際情勢觀之，與美國簽訂之國家，無論是主動與被動均已被要求建立專利連結制度。此一制度係把藥品在上市申請許可與專利部分加以連結，施行此一制度之影響須深入研究外，該制度的相關配套亦為重要關鍵，例如美國即有相關專利資訊登載之橘皮書做為專利揭露與爭訟之依據，無論專利連結制度是否或如何實施，本國藥品專利資料庫登錄制度的建置是必要的。這個資料庫運作攸關我國藥業發展環境是否健全。本次論壇即聚焦在：經產官學研共同討論之結論、對資料庫的資料登錄內容及運作方式，作一總結報告並做為法規修訂及具體實施的依據。
